Emergency First Response gives you the basic tools you need to perform CPR or first aid. Whether you're a diver or a non-diver, EFR prepares you to properly handle potentially life-threatening situations. The EFR certificate is also recognised by most leading sports organisations including the ISA. Emergency First Response's courses are based on the most recent patient care standards provided by the the Basic Life Support (BLS) Working Group of the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR), the American Heart Association and the European Resuscitation Council. ILCOR itself is an international standards group representing most of the world's major resuscitation organizations.
